We are delighted to share that Natalie Rock has been appointed as Associate Executive Director of Education, with responsibility for curriculum, teaching and learning, and standards 🎉
Natalie brings a wealth of experience and skill to the Executive Team, with a strong track record of making a real difference. She previously became headteacher of a school in special measures, leading it rapidly from requires improvement to good, with outcomes above national.
Natalie is particularly skilled in identifying and implementing the work that has the greatest impact for children facing barriers to learning, with her impact in this area recognised nationally. As a National Leader of Education, she also brings extensive experience in wider school improvement and collaborative working to raise standards across schools.
