A huge well done to our incredible OneVoice students for organising a fantastic community Dog Show on Saturday 🐶
This student led event brought together families and local residents for a brilliant day filled with fun, competition and plenty of wagging tails. From contacting local businesses to organising classes, prizes and the raffle, our students led every part of the event and developed invaluable life skills along the way.
We are so proud to share that the event raised over £1300 for Bradbury Care Centre, supporting enrichment, entertainment and day trips for those who access their services.

Category winners were:
Fancy Dress – Lauren Gibson with Alma
Waggiest Tail – Alice Poulten with Vixen
Cutest Puppy – Jade Lightfoot with Scout
Prettiest Girl – Nia Price with Star
Most Handsome Boy – Sarah Lewis with Arlo
Golden Oldie – Oscar Yates with Bella
Best Trick – Paul Soulzer with Marty
Junior Handler – Oliver Alldridge with Arlo
Dog the Judge Would Most Like to Take Home – Hattie Stanley with Paloma
Each category winner progressed to the final Best in Show round. After careful consideration, the title was awarded to Oliver Alldridge, Year 8, and his labrador Arlo, who impressed the judge and stood out among a strong field of finalists 👏
Thank you to Steve Leonard from Phoenix Vets for judging and to all the local businesses who supported the event.
