Simon Dix joined the Board in December 2025 and brings more than three decades of leadership across primary education, including service as a Headteacher and Interim Headteacher, where he successfully led schools through periods of transition, stabilising leadership and improving outcomes.

About Simon

Simon’s track record also includes establishing two centres of specialist provision for autism, serving as an advisory teacher in Dudley, leading the development of new technologies across the local authority, and advising schools on ICT strategy and staff development. He has previously served as a governor and holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Art & Design with Science subsidiary.
