Nicola returned to the Marches Academy Trust as PA to the CEO in 2019, having previously worked for The Marches School as Personnel Manager. With a background in HR, Nicola has worked in education settings for a number of years. Her role is to provide professional, confidential, wide-ranging and pro-active support to the CEO in achieving the Trust’s aims and objectives.
