Julia has been with the Trust since 2016 providing front line, pro-active HR support through the Trusts journey of growth at every turn. Julia brings a breadth of experience both in the public and private sector to include finance, customer services, safeguarding and payroll which makes her knowledge invaluable on interlinking areas.

In her current role as Lead HR Officer Julia provides professional and confidential generalist HR support to schools and external stakeholders and holds a specific focus in her current role as a lead in systems with a solution focussed approach. Julia is qualified holds a degree in HR under the CIPD and her holistic approach is driven on getting the best out of people performance.
