Meet Chris

Chris joined the Trust in November 2025 as Finance Manager, taking on the responsibilities of the day-to-day finance department management and ensuring Trust financial procedures are adhered to; while also looking to providing detailed financial management reporting to stakeholders to allow greater insights and drive informed decisions within our schools.

About Chris

After completing an undergraduate degree in Medieval and Classical history, with a focus on literature from both eras, Chris fell into accountancy through part time work as a bookkeeper. The rest, as they say, is history… Putting himself through the first levels of basic accounting courses and then being supported by employers to complete both the AAT and CIMA qualifications has lead to a varied learning experience and on the job practical development.
