We know our colleagues across the Marches Academy Trust work hard, they are the beating heart of our family of schools. To celebrate them, new for this past Academic Year we introduced the Trust Staff Awards.
This was an opportunity for all colleagues to come together and celebrate the remarkable achievements of our staff who have truly shone throughout the year. The concept saw colleagues nominate a person for each category themed around our Trust values. The shortlisted top five finalists for each theme then went to a Trust-wide vote to decide our overall winners. Staff also had the opportunity to nominate towards a Colleagues’ Choice Award – our players’ player so to speak from each school and the Shared Services team.
