Following our recent Trust Strategy Conference, the power of collaboration was truly on display. It was great to bring together our Executive leaders, Department Leaders, Trustees, Governors and Clerks for a day of open, honest and high impact conversations. Our shared focus was simple but vital: ensuring our strategic priorities are not just words on a page, but a lived reality shaped by the needs of our schools and communities. The day was marked by a strong sense of shared purpose, energising workshops that challenged and refined our thinking, and authentic feedback that gave us a clear and constructive picture of what our people want to see from the Trust’s future. Strategic growth does not happen in isolation, and by listening carefully to those driving the work on the ground, we are ensuring our strategy is both ambitious and firmly rooted in reality.
