Shared Services

A key advantage of being part of a Multi Academy Trust is the opportunity to be supported by a central team. Made up of core support functions, our Shared Services team includes HR and payroll,  marketing and enrichment, IT, finance, governance and school improvement. Having these services available inhouse provides timely, cost effective and consistent support in ensuring our schools and colleagues are able to fulfil their very best daily.

About Shared Services

The central Shared Services team is made up of a collective of professional colleagues with backgrounds both within and outside of education, bringing together a breadth of knowledge and experiences and who are all committed to achieve and deliver the very best support for our family of schools. Working in synergy together and across our schools the teams are able to share best practice, information and drive research in areas to support the future of our school’s operations, efficiencies and effectiveness.

The scope of services delivered from the Shared Services team is clear through the Trust’s Directory of Services. Additional services beyond this can be provided and are also offered to schools outside of our Trust. Each team provides a school with a key contact and it is their responsibility to ensure the day to day delivery and support of their function.
