Meet Claire

Claire has worked in leadership within the Trust since 2014. She has led curriculum and teaching and learning across the Trust for many years. Claire works with leaders at all levels to support them to build strong curriculum foundations which bring learning to life for every child and young person in the Marches Academy Trust.

Claire’s passion is in empowering others to become their best. She is interested in developing intrinsic motivation and in working to discover each individual’s passion and purpose. Claire believes that education is much broader than qualifications and that as humans we are all continuously learning. We learn from each other and we learn best together. In schools the future of our planet is shaped and the journey is exciting, creative, enriching and rewarding.
