With an MA in Human Resource Management, Catherine has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development for over 20 years. Following the successful acquisition of the HR software business she founded in 2010, Catherine is now part of the Divisional Broad for the People division at The Access Group responsible for the Engage proposition. She also sits on several advisory boards using her knowledge and experience to support scaling businesses.
Catherine is a keen charity fundraiser and is Trustee at the 4All Foundation.
