Our Strategic aim is to have a culture of equality, diversity and inclusion which enables all children, young people and adults to belong and flourish.

About Our EDIB Statement

By raising awareness of all strands of diversity – we are empowering our workforce and preparing our children and young people to become good global citizens; appreciating and celebrating the diverse society in which we live.

In 2022 we began to successfully roll out a robust programme to embed a culture of EDIB across our Trust. This is driven by our 3-year strategic plan. Our trained EDIB Ambassadors in each school have been pivotal in providing essential support and influence and we have closely monitored the school’s / Trust’s progress in embedding the strategy. We also monitor the achievement of EDIB school objectives, deliver staff EDIB training across the year in every school, capture data through surveys with staff and children and young people and the schools’ workforce profile.
