Meet Justine

BA (Hons), PGCE, NASENCO, MA in Education, Postgraduate Award of Proficiency in Assessment for Access Arrangements (PAPAA)

Justine has been teaching for almost 25 years across a range of subject areas within the secondary phase and has experienced various leadership roles. As a qualified SENDCo and Exam Access Arrangements assessor, Justine has used these skills to support vulnerable children, young people and their families, and advised on appropriate learning pathways. Justine believes that with a child-centred approach, good communication and a compassionate listening ear, productive relationships are built that form a solid foundation for a thriving learning environment.

For the past four years, Justine has been the Reset Centre Manager at The Marches School and has witnessed the impact and importance of a culture of belonging and the need for a highly-structured, inclusive, and nurturing approach for our most vulnerable learners.

Working with MATi, Justine supports our Trust secondary schools to bring the Learning for Life Framework alive to enable all our young people to experience inclusion, success, learning, ambition, nurture, and development.
